Job Summary
The SCM Manager for Hotel Procurement – Purchasing leads end-to-end procurement operations across projects and business units. The role ensures efficient PR-to-PO processing, supplier management, cost optimization, delivery and payment monitoring, and compliance with company policies. This position also drives purchasing strategy, process improvements, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project requirements.

Oversee PR and PO processing within SLA timelines.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost savings.

Evaluate and accredit suppliers; expand and manage vendor base.

Monitor delivery milestones and resolve logistics issues.

Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.

Identify consolidation and standardization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare procurement reports (cost analysis, status tracking, performance updates).

Lead, coach, and manage the purchasing team to meet KPIs and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Proven experience in vendor negotiation and cost management.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
