Job Summary

The SCM Manager for Hotel Procurement – Purchasing leads end-to-end procurement operations across projects and business units. The role ensures efficient PR-to-PO processing, supplier management, cost optimization, delivery and payment monitoring, and compliance with company policies. This position also drives purchasing strategy, process improvements, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project requirements.

  • Oversee PR and PO processing within SLA timelines.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost savings.

  • Evaluate and accredit suppliers; expand and manage vendor base.

  • Monitor delivery milestones and resolve logistics issues.

  • Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.

  • Identify consolidation and standardization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Prepare procurement reports (cost analysis, status tracking, performance updates).

  • Lead, coach, and manage the purchasing team to meet KPIs and deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

  • Proven experience in vendor negotiation and cost management.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
