About the job F&B Events Executive
FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan
Under the general guidance of the FB EAM and in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Food & Beverage Sales Executive is responsible for generating and maximizing revenue through the sale of all Food & Beverage outlets, special events, and promotional activities. The position focuses on acquiring new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that supports the resort's brand promise.
- Develops and manages F&B revenue streams including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, catering, and restaurant events and social gatherings.
- Actively solicits and generates F&B business
- Handles inquiries for social events, private dining, themed dinners, and outlet buy-outs.
- Prepares proposals, customized menus, packages, and event quotations in coordination with the F&B and Culinary teams.
- Conducts negotiations on pricing, menu inclusions, venue arrangements, and event details within approved rate structures.
- Coordinates closely with Service Operations and Culinary team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Monitors F&B sales targets and develops strategies to meet or exceed budgeted revenue.
- Promotes seasonal campaigns, outlet promotions, themed events, and special dining experiences.
- Attends networking events, wedding expos, visits social groups, and community gatherings to generate leads.
- Establishes and maintains close contact with key and target accounts by building a better business relationship.
- Conducts regular sales calls, walk-in meetings, and site inspections for restaurant spaces.
- Plans and executes sales trips and client entertainment initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Coordinates tasting sessions for confirmed and potential clients.
- Maintains accurate and updated client records in the system.
- Submits required weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
- Attends required departmental and inter-departmental meetings.
- Prepares post-event reports including revenue analysis and client feedback.
- Performs duties efficiently in accordance with hotel policies and standards.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales or related programs
- With atleast 2 years related work experience
- With good communication skills
- Digital savvy
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite in Mactan, Cebu
