Filinvest Hotel: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark

In line with the policies, procedures, and standards of Filinvest Hospitality Corporation and Quest Plus Conference Center, including Mimosa Plus Golf Course, Baker J, Firehouse Pizza, Laloca, and Recado in Clark, Pampanga, the Engineering Supervisor (Golf), under the direct supervision of the Director of Golf and Assistant Chief Engineer, is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural systems across the Golf Clubhouse, Bay49, Teehouses, Hilltop, Motorpool, and other Mimosa Golf infrastructure.

  • Supervise and monitor all golf operations equipment, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, kitchen, and air-conditioning systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections of golf facilities, including clubhouse, teehouses, motorpool, and other infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, safety compliance, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Respond to operational concerns, emergencies, and guest or departmental complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repair, and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules.
  • Maintain engineering records, equipment history, instruction manuals, and operational logbooks.
  • Manage utility usage, energy conservation, and par stock of engineering supplies and spare parts.
  • Supervise and facilitate the work of engineering contractors and project teams.
  • Monitor ongoing renovations and special projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Champion departmental goals, promote sustainability, and uphold Filinvest Hospitality Corporation's policies and core values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; preferably a licensed engineer.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in hospitality, golf course, or large facility operations.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural systems.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, supervise contractors, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, safety compliance awareness, and emergency response capability.
  • Skilled in monitoring utilities, energy conservation, inventory management, and maintaining engineering documentation.
  • Willingness to work in Clark.
