Lead Property Engineer- Entrata

Job Summary

He/She will assist the Building Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Building/Condominium Corporation. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/ equipment preventive maintenance programs.

2. Assist Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure safety of Residents and property.

3. Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

4. Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.

5. Implement energy-conservation and cost saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of

common areas.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Basic Accounting Skillis, Technical Skills in Design and Installation, Knowledge in constrction/maintenance, Customer Orientation with Sufficient PR Skills, Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills, Negotiating Skills, Good in Both Oral and Written Communication, Can Use MS Office Applications

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Licensed Engineer, At Least 1 to 2 Years Relevant Experience in Building Maintenance and Operations Preferrably in Mixed-use Commercial Centers
