Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist - NCR & Central Luzon will be responsible for executing regional social media strategies in alignment with corporate-prescribed content. The role involves localizing social media calendars and materials, deploying regional campaigns, managing community engagement, and handling paid social media boosting efforts (MSF/PPP). Additionally, the specialist will provide on ground coverage of key Filinvest events, including launches and projects openings for social media use.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Content Localization & Deployment (30%)
- Adapt corporate social media content for his territory's regional audience.
- Ensure brand consistency while making localized adjustment for cultural and market relevance
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms in a timely manner.
Regional Social Media Campaign Development (20%)
- Develop and execute social media campaigns tailored to the region's needs
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment with national strategies
- Track and report on campaigns performance
Community Engagement & Moderation (20%)
- Monitor and respond to comments, message and inquiries across all regional social media pages.
- Foster engagement and build relationships with the local audience
- Escalate issue or concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary
Paid Social Media Advertising (MSF/PPP Boosting) (15%)
- Execute and monitor social media ad boosts based on the regional budget
- Optimize ad placements for maximum engagement and reach
- Provide reports on performance and suggest improvements
Event Coverage & Content Creation (15%)
- Attend and document key Filinvest events, including project launches and openings
- Capture high quality photo and videos for real time social media use
- Edit and enhance multimedia content using Canva and Capcut
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, You tube)
- Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads is a plus0
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Strong writing skills for captions, posts, and response
- Data analysis and reporting (Facebook, insights, Google Analytics)
- Event photography and videography skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
Licenses & Training:
- Digital Marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus
- Social Media Management and advertising training is an advantage
