ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital transformation journey in real estate marketing. As the real estate industry continues to evolve in the digital space, this role is all about bringing innovation, creativity, and data-driven thinking to how we connect with homebuyers and investors online.
You'll lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital strategies from social media and performance marketing to web experience and lead generation to ensure that every digital touchpoint builds brand affinity and drives results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the real estate market and aligned with each business segment's brand and target audience.

Partner with Sales, Project Development, and Brand teams to design campaigns that generate awareness, inquiries, and conversions.

Champion digital best practices and new technologies to continuously elevate the company's digital presence.
Social Media Marketing

Build and manage the company's social media strategy, ensuring alignment with segment brand identities and audience behavior.

Oversee daily content creation, posting, and community engagement across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and storytelling approach across digital touchpoints.

Monitor engagement and sentiment, turning insights into strategies for stronger audience connection.
Performance Marketing

Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube pre-rolls, TikTok Ads, etc.) for project launches, promos, and remarketing initiatives.

Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.

Use data analytics and performance dashboards to inform content and targeting decisions.
Web & Lead Experience

Oversee landing page creation, optimization, and A/B testing to improve inquiry rates and lead conversion.

Work with developers and designers to enhance local websites and apps, ensuring a seamless user journey and mobile-first experience.

Coordinate with CRM teams to connect digital campaigns with the companys lead nurturing systems.
Analytics & Insights

Measure campaign success through KPIs such as reach, engagement, cost per lead, and conversion rates.

Prepare and present digital performance reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay on top of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and platform innovations relevant to the Philippine market.
