About the job Front Office Agent
FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Hotel and Conference Center
Front Office Agent is responsible for guest registration, guest check out, cashiering and foreign exchange and for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.
- Prior to arrivals, prepares all needed documents (registration forms, vingcards, welcome folders, etc.) to facilitate check in.
- Assists guests in completing registration form, reviews entries to ensure important details are included and follows up on incomplete details.
- Prints traces for the group and takes / coordinates action on the matter.
- Checks Amadeus system prior to issuance of vingcards to guests, to ensure that card is issued to the right guests.
- Listens to and records guest requests and/or complaints.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times at the Front Desk
- Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making/critical evaluation of work activities
- Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superiors
