DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research and Industry Assessment
- Regularly monitors industry competitors and market trends. Analyzes impact on the business / project and makes necessary recommendations.
- Oversees relevant market research.

Product Conceptualization and Planning
- Develops preliminary project briefs and design parameters based on market needs.
- Ensures the preparation of project design, construction parameters, and other project acquisition requirements in coordination with other departments.
- Prepare reports for approval by management and concerned committees.

Finance
- Prepares and updates financial projections and conduct sensitivity runs and analysis for presentation.
- Consolidates information such as cost estimates and assumptions needed for feasibility studies.
- Prepares and monitors budgets.

Documentation / Systems
- Organize, safekeep, and track records, documents and contracts entered into under or with the collaboration of Special Projects
- Participates in the preparation of systems, procedures and documentation needed for projects.
- Coordinates with other corporate units in ensuring that operating procedures and systems are implemented.

Others
- Liaise and establish business relationships with other companies / individuals beneficial to the company.
- Handle administrative and logistical requirements and support for business presentations, meetings, correspondences, and other relevant events

QUALIFICATIONS

- College Graduate of Business and/or experience in real estate development- With experience in the real estate industry, preferably with background in project finance
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Can work independently
- Very high level of interpersonal skills
- Tactful, professional, a high degree of integrity
- Computer literate: MS Office, Internet and Email
