Job Summary: 

The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of project team(s) in managing resources, IT-Infra related projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and guarantee timely closure of the project or program. He will lead the coordination with other groups to align priorities and direction thru effective communication and delivery of business requirements within the agreed Service Level Agreement with partner resources.

Duties and Responsibility: 

Program/Project Management

  • Define and maintain standards for the governance model process and projects management within IT Infra Team
  • Oversee financial tracking and reporting for the program/project to ensure the effective prioritization based on the strategic plan of the company.
  • Design, implement, and ensure adoption of the best tool/framework/model, giving full visibility to key stakeholders about the execution of their projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Monitor, influence, and drive the execution and workplans of the strategic IT key initiatives.
  • Support IT Infra requirements of Business Dev team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure workable agreements and issue resolution to implement the project as defined.
  • Provide visibility on the overall progress of individual projects and the overall program to the IT Head

Technical Consultant and Operations

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives · Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
  • Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
  • Support new technology implementation.
  • Provide support to critical/major network issues encountered by Data Center & Network Team.

People Management 

  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading team members.
  • Recommend and assess promotions and evaluation of performance.
