JOB SUMMARY:

Prepares architectural concept designs and conceptual site development plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To have on time delivery of quality masterplans and conceptual plans for the projects that are due for launch based on project line-up and to submit plans, design schemes and other requirements as pre-requisites for project uploading.
  • Provide Central Cost Planning all necessary plans and other requirements for cost estimates as scheduled.
  • Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request.
  • To submit schematic drawings based on approved design concepts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:

  • Architectural Planning and Design Conceptualizations
  • AutoCAD/ Manual Drafting
  • SketchUp/ Vray/ Escape Render
  • Registered and Licensed Architect
  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • with 3-5 years work related experience
