Job Overview
As a Hotel Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our guests and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of individuals on the premises by addressing their medical needs promptly and efficiently. This position requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide medical assistance and care to guests and employees who require immediate attention.
- Assess and evaluate medical conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and emergencies, and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Administer first aid, perform basic medical procedures, and administer prescribed medications as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients treated.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular health and wellness assessments for hotel employees, including vaccinations and preventive screenings.
- Educate staff members on health-related topics, including proper ergonomics and disease prevention.
- Maintain a well-stocked medical inventory, ensuring availability of necessary supplies and medications at all times.
- Liaise with external medical providers, hospitals, and emergency services as required.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, regulations, and industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Licensing:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Updated PRC License.
- Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency care or a similar setting.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Clinical Skills:
- Proficient in performing emergency medical procedures, including CPR, wound care, and administering medications.
- Solid understanding of medical conditions, treatment protocols, and diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to accurately assess and triage patients, making appropriate decisions for further care.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with guests, employees, and external medical professionals.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
