We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of top talent for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop HR skills.

Talent Acquisition Activities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including tracking recruitment metrics, managing candidate profiles, and ensuring accurate documentation in the recruitment process.
  • 201 File Management: Help organize and manage 201 files for all new hires, ensuring that employee records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in drafting and preparing employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with company policies.

Employer Branding:

  • Assist with Employer Branding Projects: Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen the companys employer brand, including social media engagement, recruitment marketing campaigns, and career fair participation.
  • Content Creation: Help in creating content to promote the organization as an employer of choice, such as writing job advertisements and social media posts.

Additional HR Support:

  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation preparation, documentation collection, and administrative setup.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate conversion rates, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the overall talent acquisition process.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university with a relevant course like: Communications, Human Resources, Business, and other related field.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Amenable to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
