KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding Support
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as pre-employment medical examination, payroll account opening, background/reference checks, and new hire documentation and preparations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop/Improve and maintain trackers, monitoring templates for pre-employment
- Sustainable and updated pre-employment tracking system
- 100% on-time processing of endorsements
- 100% complete and on-time documentations for 201
- Positive candidate experience at the pre-employment stage
General Admin Support
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including request for payment, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain inventory of recruitment materials, and brand collaterals.
- 100% On-time payment processing
- Organized document keeping
Recruitment Activities
- Collaborate with the TA team and provide assistance in sending HR online assessment to the candidates.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes
- Assist in screening resumes, and forwarding qualified candidates to the TA team (as needed or for development purposes).
- Send generic feedback to candidates as applicable
