KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding Support

  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as pre-employment medical examination, payroll account opening, background/reference checks, and new hire documentation and preparations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop/Improve and maintain trackers, monitoring templates for pre-employment
  • Sustainable and updated pre-employment tracking system
  • 100% on-time processing of endorsements
  • 100% complete and on-time documentations for 201
  • Positive candidate experience at the pre-employment stage

General Admin Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including request for payment, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain inventory of recruitment materials, and brand collaterals.
  • 100% On-time payment processing
  • Organized document keeping

Recruitment Activities

  • Collaborate with the TA team and provide assistance in sending HR online assessment to the candidates.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes
  • Assist in screening resumes, and forwarding qualified candidates to the TA team (as needed or for development purposes).
  • Send generic feedback to candidates as applicable
