Systems Support Associate

FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO, INC.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists on Managements key initiatives to improve efficiencies on visualizing data.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Assists in developing and implementing databases, data collection systems and data analytics.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing reports.
• Drive user adoption and ensure 100% compliance
• Study new technologies/solutions/systems/apps, create use cases and evaluate system fit with the enterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open for fresh grad of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other IT-related courses.
• Other courses may apply but must have 1 year experience in Technical service support, customer care, sales support/ client management.
