Shift Engineer

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila

Shift management and operations. Supervises the work carried out by engineering staff and or outside contractors. Lead shift team in support of hotel operations by ensuring utility availability and responds to customers and department needs.

• Monitoring of Hotel facilities
• Operation and monitoring of utilities
• Perform a daily routine inspection of all engineering operational areas
• Ensure that regular data monitoring are done and recorded
• Prepare daily shift turn over and acceptance report
• Prepare engineering report for repairs that cannot be completed by the shift team with endorsement to PMS section
• Prepare purchase request as necessary
• Recommend engineering improvements and modifications where needed and necessary
• Coordinate repair/ PMS schedules with the operating team
• Coordinate with other department for any engineering support required per shift
• Continuous mentoring of technician on the team on proper engineering practice and good customer service.
• Ensure proper utilization of PPE by each engineering staff
• Perform other task that the Chief Engineer or Asst. Chief Engineer may assign from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years mixed experienced in project/ contractor management, supervisor in any equipment or mechanical service company or hotel engineering
• Good communication skills
• Well versed in Auto-CADD
• Can start immediately
• Amenable to work on site in flexible work shit in Muntinlupa
