Construction Management Lead - Alabang

Assists the Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of Construction Management activities such as Time, Cost, Scope and Quality Management. He/She also assists CM Projects Head in the development and improvement of policies and procedures. His duties involve review of Construction Plans, Technical Specifications and Contracts. CM Technical Specialist also ensures timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) and On-boarding of Contractors/Suppliers based on approved Procurement Schedule.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of Construction Management activities.
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of the Approved Construction Schedule.
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in monitoring and implementing the project within the approved Construction Budget/Cost by minimizing change orders and reviewing plans for possible value engineering.
• Coordinate with External CM and Accounting to ensure that the Payments of OSM & Contractors is on schedule
• Assist the Leasing and Business Development on the queries of Perspective Clients
• Coordinates with External CM and Contractors to ensure the acquisition of required permits
• Coordinates with External CM , Property Manager and Business Dev to ensure the timely handover of the Building

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineer
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With atleast 5years experience managing construction projects
• Proficiency in use of construction project management tools
• Willing to be assigned in Northgate Alabang
• Can start asap with ready requirements
