JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist - NCR & Central Luzon will be responsible for executing regional social media strategies in alignment with corporate-prescribed content. The role involves localizing social media calendars and materials, deploying regional campaigns, managing community engagement, and handling paid social media boosting efforts (MSF/PPP). Additionally, the specialist will provide on-ground coverage of key Filinvest events, including launches and project openings, for social media use.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Licenses & Training:
    1. Digital Marketing, certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus
    2. Social media management and advertising training is an advantage
  3. Willing to be assigned at Mandaluyong City.
  4. Willing to do field works.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube)
  • Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads is a plus)
  • Strong writing skills for captions, posts, and responses
  • Data analysis and reporting (Facebook insights, Google analytics)
  • Event photography and videography skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Social Media Content Localization & Deployment (30%)
    1. Adapt corporate social media content for his territory's regional audience.
    2. Ensure brand consistency while making localized adjustments for cultural and market relevance.
    3. Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms in a timely manner.
  2. Regional Social Media Campaign Development (20%)
    1. Develop and execute social media campaigns tailored to the region's needs.
    2. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment with national strategies.
    3. Track and report on campaign performance.
  3. Community Engagement & Moderation (20%)
    1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all regional social media pages.
    2. Foster engagement and build relationships with the local audience.
    3. Escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  4. Paid Social Media Advertising (MSF/PPP Boosting) (15%)
    1. Execute and monitor social media ad boosts based on the regional budget.
    2. Optimize and placements for maximum engagement and reach.
    3. Provide reports on performance and suggest improvements.
  5. Event Coverage & Content Creation (15%)
    1. Attend and document key Filinvest events, including project launches and openings.
    2. Capture high-quality photos and videos for real-time social media use.
    3. Edit and enhance multimedia content using Canva and CapCut.
