Leasing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

As an Industrial Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all industrial leasing activities of the Filinvest Industrial Park projects. You will play a crucial role in lease structuring, tenant prospecting, negotiation, administration, market analysis, and property promotion in collaboration with the Marketing Partners.

Key Functions:

1. Lease Structuring:

• Develop and implement effective lease structures tailored to meet the specific needs of in-house and special accounts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in lease agreements.

2. Tenant Prospecting:

• Identify and prospect potential tenants to ensure a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and engage prospective tenants.

3. Lease Negotiation:

• Conduct negotiations with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable leasing terms.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.

4. Lease Administration:

• Oversee the end-to-end lease administration process, including documentation, renewal, and termination procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions.

5. Property Promotion (in partnership with Marketing):

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting available properties.
• Utilize various marketing channels to showcase properties to potential tenants and brokers.

6. Market Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research.
