Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager in Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the hotel's client base within the luxury travel and corporate sectors. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and innovative approach will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and establishing the resort as a premier destination for discerning travelers and corporate clientele.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years Sales Experience or 2 years experience in the same capacity in a 5-star luxury Hotel/Resort, handling MICE Groups (specifically Pharma, Insurance, BPO/IT, etc.)
  • Preferably with experience handling International Account Management
  • With Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent sales, service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business negotiation and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (Written and Spoken English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, RMS, Ivvy, Delphi
  • Manila-based (Alabang, Muntinlupa City) location
