• Operate Batching Plant
• Ensure safe operation of batch
• Reports all batches
• Ensure production quality of batched concrete
• Plant maintenance check and assistance

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT OPERATOR

• Oversees the daily operations of the batching plant real time;
• Operates and directs the concrete batching equipment to accurately proportion and mix various concrete components according to project specifications.
• Monitors computerized systems to ensure precise measurements and adherence to mix design;
• Ensures that all assigned equipment is properly maintained, clean, in safe working order and operated properly.
• Troubleshoots mechanical problems and perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment/concrete batch plant; refer major problems to superiors, monitor required intervals of PMS;
• Collaborates with production, quality control, clients and delivery teams to schedule concrete production based on project requirements;
• Active reporting status to maximize production;
• Maintains accurate records of production volumes, materials used, and batch adjustments;
• Complete required paperwork and reports in a timely and organized manner;
• Adheres to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling and storage of raw materials;
• Ensures compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards; and
• Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

• College Level / College Graduate
  
• Must have at-least 1 to 2yrs Technical Experience in Batching Plant Operations
• Must be willing to be assigned in Calamba City, Laguna
