ln accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, and under the direct supervision of the Sports & Leisure Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing guest service within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort in accordance with established procedures and standards for courtesy and timeliness, as well as lifeguarding duties, as necessary. This position is also responsible for the order and cleanliness of all Sports and Leisure facilities and equipment, taking into consideration the established cleanliness standards for said areas.

4.SPORTS & LEISURE
OPERATIONS

4.1 General Duties At the beginning of the shift, checks / inspects the area(s) where he is assigned.

Notes down all reservations and appointments, ensuring needed information are requested from guests and recorded.
Briefs guests on whatever safety instructions needed prior to performance of any activity, observes guests in assigned area and immediately helps as may be required.

4.2 Pool Operations Performs lifeguarding duties, prioritizing life, and safety of guest the pool area.

Attends to guests requesting for equipment, properly monitoring the issue and return of equipment.

Monitors Guest use of the pool, giving proper safety instruction and restrictions, and making sure that these are implemented.

Gives out towels at pool towel outlet, collects used towels, coordinates with Laundry on replenishment of these areas and maintains records as specified in established procedures.

Operates the pool pump for purposes of vacuuming, filtering, draining, and refilling the pools.

Based on established schedules, regularly checks the pool water for pH levels and acidity, alkalinity, and implements the necessary procedures to maintain accepted levels of acidity and ph.

4.3 Beach / Water Spor Performs lifeguarding duties, prioritizing life, and safety of guests especially children who are staying.

4.4 Team building Activities.

On occasion, and together with the Sports & Leisure Manager, may be requested to review the list of activities, and make suggestions; the review is done to maximize customer delight in terms of the value of the activities introduced.

On occasion, may be assigned to facilitate group teambuilding activities for groups who are staying in the hotel based on instructions of the Sports & Recreation Manager / Service Leader.
