Position Overview

The Employee Communication, Engagement, and Projects Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies, fostering employee engagement, and managing key organizational projects. This role ensures that employees are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with company goals, culture, and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Communication:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms.
  • Craft compelling messages for leadership announcements, company updates, and change management initiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate town halls, leadership talks, and other corporate communication events.

2. Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute programs that promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee morale.
  • Lead engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans to improve engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance employee experience and company culture.

3. Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee organizational projects related to employee experience, engagement, and culture-building.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, assess risks, and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Evaluate the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements for future projects.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR, leadership, and other departments to align communication and engagement strategies with company goals.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring open communication and transparency.
  • Partner with external vendors or consultants for engagement programs and initiatives when needed.
