Engineering Technical Lead
About the job Engineering Technical Lead
- Lead and execute the regulatory compliance including reportorial requirements under RA 11285
- Set up annual targets, plans, and method of measurements and verification for the implementation of energy efficiency and conversation projects
- Review/prepare necessary correspondence, technical reports, contract documents, fact sheets and status reports and prepares as built drawings suitable for permit applications
- Review/monitor trouble call attendance of all equipment
- Review/monitor the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment
- Review maintenance logs and record equipment, purchase request and work completion report
- Coordinate with ENGIE O&M/PROMEI regarding major repair of equipment and conduct joint inspection and testing prior to acceptance of work
- Proactively suggest improvement plans for better support and quality performance
- Generate technical reports of issues that needs to be presented to the management and customer
- Review scope of work based on the field service report recommendations
- Assist in evaluating and analyzing preventive maintenance report to in-house technicians and ENGIE O&M/PROMEI and recommends necessary repair to avoid unscheduled breakdown equipment
- Assist in maintaining energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating cost at a minimum
- Assist Business Development in terms of technical and O&M inputs
- Assist in project administration team in other project related activities such ad but not limited to: coordination with project proponents, construction site administrators and etc.
Job Specifications:
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Must have atleast 3 years of related experience in plant operations and maintenance
- Must be knowledgeable in plant performance evaluation and energy efficiency
- Must have strong background in HVAC and district cooling system
