Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to develop and implement effective training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will design engaging training modules, conduct workshops, and ensure the adoption of best sales practices to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage sales training programs that align with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify training needs for sales teams at different levels.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, including onboarding programs, product knowledge sessions, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and HR to ensure continuous learning and development initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, sales performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize e-learning platforms, role-playing, and other interactive training methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives and sales managers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive insights, and sales best practices to refine training content.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure sales teams are well-equipped with the latest product knowledge and messaging.
  • Maintain comprehensive training documentation and resources for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Training Manager, Sales Trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content both in-person and virtually.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and sales training tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience Industry in Real Estate, Technology, Firm, etc.
  • Certifications in Sales Training, Coaching, or Learning & Development.
  • Knowledge of behavioral psychology and adult learning principles.
