In accordance with policies, procedures and standards of Baker J co., Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for mis-en-place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the restaurants, ensures smooth and customer satisfaction.

  1. Customer Service: They should provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers to take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: They should maintain the equipment and tools used to prepare food & beverages, ensuring that they are clean and in good working condition.
  3. Inventory Management: They should keep track of inventory and supplies, restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
  4. Cash Handling: They should handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently, including making change and handling credit card payments.
  5. Hygiene and Safety: They should ensure that the work area and equipment are kept clean and hygienic, and follow health and safety guidelines.
  6. Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • COLLEGE LEVEL (2 YEARS MINIMUM)
  • HAS BEEN EMPLOYED IN RESTAURANT OR CAFÉ
