1. Turf Grass and Plant Material Programs: (25%) Assist in planning and implementing turf grass and plant material maintenance programs to ensure the course's aesthetic appeal and health.

1. Sustainability Projects: (20%) Contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects, supporting environmentally friendly practices and resource conservation.

1. Personnel Management: (15%) Collaborate with the golf course superintendent in personnel management, including staff supervision, training, and development.
