The Head of ParkingPro leads the company's parking operations, ensuring the strategic growth and efficient management of parking facilities and services. This executive role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving innovation, and optimizing the profitability and customer experience of the parking business.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.. Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for ParkingPro, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of Filinvest Alabang Inc. and its high-end real estate operations.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of parking operations.

Provide visionary leadership to guide the growth and evolution of ParkingPro as an industry leader in parking management solutions.

2. Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end parking operations, ensuring seamless functionality, operational efficiency, and adherence to service excellence standards.

Develop and enforce operational protocols to ensure safety, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and optimize parking utilization across all facilities to maximize capacity and revenue generation.

3. Financial Oversight

Manage and oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability targets, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment with corporate goals.

Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for sustained profitability.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new revenue streams and optimizing existing parking assets.

4. Customer Experience

Elevate customer satisfaction by continuously improving parking services, addressing customer feedback, and resolving operational issues promptly.

Integrate advanced technology solutions, such as contactless payments, automated systems, and real-time tracking, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Develop and implement customer service training programs for frontline staff to ensure a consistent and premium service experience.

5. Innovation and Technology Integration

Identify and adopt emerging technologies and industry best practices to modernize and optimize parking operations.

Spearhead the implementation of smart parking solutions, including digital parking platforms, analytics-driven decision-making, and sustainability initiatives.

Stay ahead of industry trends to position ParkingPro as a forward-thinking leader in parking management innovation.

6. Stakeholder Relations

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, vendors, and strategic partners to foster collaboration and maximize revenue potential.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder concerns, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution of issues.

Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Real Estate, to develop parking strategies that complement broader business objectives.
