JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Software Development Associate (.Net Developer) is responsible for delivering quality software development and maintenance services in accordance with the CTI Software Development Life Cycle standard. Performs simple to minor programming work under the direction of the Lead, SW Developer or the Lead or IT Solutions Architect

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application Development & Maintenance

  • Develops, maintains and provides up to 2nd level technical support for IT applications, packages and IT.
  • Works with management, IT team and customers in understanding applications technical requirements, determining scope and delivering high quality application systems and services on time.

Application Deployment and Support

  • Provide technical support to all applications and resolve issues · Administer all upcoming plug-ins, new service packs and versions and ensure effective implementation to provide better services.
  • Administer all implementation issues and generate short-term resolution, as well as long term preventive measures for development
  • Works closely with the supervisor for clear and efficient problem identification, analysis and solutions formulation or work-around.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Delivers quality software and services that has passed through agreed Quality Assurance processes for compliance with expectations and continuous improvements

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related discipline required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in software development, deployment and integration, and computer systems validation.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Microsoft Environment
  • Minimum one (1) year in backend and database software design and development
  • Minimum one (1) year in front-end software design and development
  • Minimum one (1) year in application maintenance and support
  • Minimum one (1) years in Open Source technology environment as front-end, back-end and database design and development is a plus
  • Minimum one (1) years in Mobile environment development is a plus
  • Real Estate, Hospitality, Tenancy and Leasing and Property Management and Retail experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience with OOP languages, preferably .NET/Has an experience in program languages of C# and .NET

TRAININGS ACQUIRED:

SDLC, ITIL, IT Project Management, Agile Design and Development, MS Sql Server 2003 to latest; Visual Studio; /2008/2012/2015
