Filinvest Hotel: QUEST PLUS CONFERENCE CENTER CLARK

  1. Drive overall hotel revenue and profitability through achievement of monthly goals / targets
  2. Work to develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve related revenue / profit and customer satisfaction goals.
  3. Maintain the highest standard of service and ensures management policies and procedures are effectively observed.
  4. Manage and covers all potential accounts as assigned within area coverage of the hotel location
  5. Serves as primary contact to assigned accounts and is responsible for the overall proper Account Management and revenue generation of these accounts
  6. Sell all facets of the hotel (rooms, banquet, F&B, Mimosa golf course)

Financial Responsibilities

  1. Supports and acts in accordance to the approved Banquet Sales Action Plan to boosts the sales strategy. 
  2. Solicit banquet business within the assigned area of assignment Corporate residential and Non-residential meeting groups 
  3. Sell other hotel facilities and services as required by clients 
  4. Ensure Banquet Contracts and Payments are done in a timely manner based on the standard hotel policy. 
  5. Assist with promotions and other sales activities where requested 
  6. Attend networking events that can enhance hotels contacts and business opportunities. 
  7. Maintain professional relationships with local suppliers/ partners 
  8. Grow network of suppliers/partners/accounts that may have the ability to recommend or refer future business clients/opportunities for the hotel. 
  9. Work with Manager to achieve departmental revenue targets

Guest Experience

  1. Process all incoming telephone calls in accordance with established procedures, while maintaining professionalism and telephone courtesy. 
  2. Coordinate familiarization and site inspections as required 
  3. May assist during group check in, ingress and egress of groups/ events. 
  4. Meet with clients and attend to details of their events. Ensure all clients events are in order. 
  5. Assist clients to facilitate inquiries and endorse to Sales in-charge. 
  6. May oversee event in the absence of Sales in-charge with proper guidance from Immediate head.

Administrative Support

  1. Manage and monitor office administrative requirement. 
  2. Stock control of collaterals 
  3. Maintain stock of printed material / supplies and other office supplies needed 
  4. Maintains office orderliness and coordinate with Housekeeping Department for any housekeeping requirements for the office 
  5. Assist with direct mail campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in administrative, secretarial, or sales support roles, preferably in a hotel or banquet sales setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales or event management software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Clark.
