Job Summary: The Strategy Head will be responsible for driving the overall growth and positioning of the companys luxury real estate portfolio by integrating sales, marketing, and project development strategies. This role oversees end-to-end market planning, customer engagement, brand positioning, and project concept development to ensure the company consistently delivers high-value, iconic developments aligned with the expectations of the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the overall sales, marketing, and project development strategy for the luxury real estate portfolio.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and demand for upscale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Align sales, marketing, and development goals with corporate vision, ensuring strong financial performance and brand equity growth.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead and oversee high-value sales initiatives for luxury projects, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are met.
- Develop strategies to strengthen client acquisition and retention, focusing on HNWI and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, investors, and corporate partners.
- Implement performance metrics and incentive systems to drive sales excellence.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Direct the brand and marketing strategy to position projects as premium and aspirational.
- Oversee campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and traditional media targeting luxury clientele.
- Ensure consistency of luxury brand messaging, design, and customer experience throughout all customer touchpoints.
- Spearhead public relations, thought leadership, and partnerships to elevate market visibility.
Project Development
- Provide strategic input in conceptualization and planning of luxury real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure projects meet market demand and brand standards.
- Oversee feasibility studies, financial models, and market positioning of upcoming developments.
- Ensure seamless alignment of product design, amenities, and services with the expectations of the luxury market.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, project development) towards common strategic objectives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing leaders within each discipline.
- Report regularly to senior management on strategy, performance, and market outlook.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field; MBA or Masters preferred.
- At least 15 years of Executive leadership experience in luxury real estate, property development, banking or related industries.
- Proven track record in successfully launching and selling high-end real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of luxury branding, customer psychology, and lifestyle-driven marketing.
- Deep understanding of project development processes (market analysis, design, feasibility, and financial modeling).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance creativity and financial discipline.
