Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Recruitment Marketing Assistant to support our employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, social media marketing, and digital content creation who also brings a sharp eye for analytics. Youll help bring our employer brand to life across various platforms and ensure that our recruitment campaigns are visually engaging, consistent, and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Development

  • Design engaging visuals (static and video) for job ads, social posts, recruitment events, and internal branding
  • Assist in developing digital content for career pages, newsletters, and employee spotlight features
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials following employer branding guidelines

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Support daily content scheduling and publishing on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist in launching paid and organic campaigns to boost job visibility and brand reach

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns using analytics tools
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign reach and effectiveness
  • Maintain dashboards for social media metrics and content performance

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Corporate Marketing teams for campaign alignment
  • Provide creative support during job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities
  • Assist in vendor coordination for printing, media placements, or third-party creatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, design, or social media (internship experience included)
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), or equivalent tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn, Google Analytics)
  • Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
