KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clinic and Employee Health Services

  • Oversee daily clinic operations in coordination with OHNs and associates.
  • Monitor pre-employment medical compliance and referral systems.
  • Ensure accurate medical recordkeeping and data privacy.
  • Coordinate emergency and first aid response readiness across units.
  • Track medical supply inventory and support annual medical check-ups.

2. Employee Well-being Program

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor wellness programs and campaigns.
  • Lead team efforts in stress management, flu vaccination, and health seminars.
  • Strengthen mental health initiatives in collaboration with internal/external partners.
  • Ensure program feedback, participation tracking, and impact reporting.

3. Administrative and Compliance Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance of employee health records and summaries.
  • Ensure reports and compliance documents are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Support HMO, billing coordination, and vendor management.
  • Maintain shared records, trackers, and dashboards.

4. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Forms, and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong planning, execution, and monitoring capability
  • Knowledge of DOH/DOLE compliance is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Nursing, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, HR wellness, or clinic support.
  • First Aid/BLS training (preferred)
  • PRC license (if a registered nurse)
