POSITION SUMMARY

The Budget analyst works under supervision of Finance Head and is responsible in analyzing company's budget and looks for ways to allocate resources more efficiently to maximize profits.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS 

1. Budget Process 

  • Collaborating with managers in developing organizational budget 
  • Creating cost benefit analysis 
  • Consolidating the organization budget for review 
  • Monitoring spending and keeping the organization within its sets budget 
  • Reviewing proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with companys policy 
  • Develop and enforce budget related policies and procedures 
  • Perform other related duties as required. 

2. FINANCE PROCESS 

  • Prepare and summarize timely reports 
  • Prepares budget cost analysis

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Detail oriented, Developed Analytical skill, Communications and Written, People skills, Proficient in MS Office applications, Knowledge of any computerized accounting system.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 3 years budget related handling experience
  • Training on taxation updates is an advantage
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, NCR
  • Can start as soon as possible
