Sr. Interior Design Manager

The Senior Interior Design Manager/ Interior Design Manager plans, manages and monitors the whole duration of project/s from

Pre-works up to Project Completion that involves design management. Duties involve manage stakeholders, monitor design phases

and other conforming activities, review project deliverables assuring compliance with company standard, monitor and control

budget, even allocation of funds if necessary.

He/she is responsible to give update to his superior and discuss possible issues arising and resolve in collaboration with the team.

Monitors milestones and KPI of the team.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION
Shortlist and evaluation of consultants design fee proposals
Coordinate project brief and requirements to consultants and to develop and complete plans within the
specified parameter and schedule
Review plans and technical specifications in accordance to budget and design standards
Present to management in interior design strategies on assigned projects.

1.1 DESIGN
Generate Concept Design for various business units of the conglomerate
Generate Technical Drawings for Bid Documentations and For Construction Drawings
Preparation of FFE and Material Specifications
Preparation of Mood Boards and Material Boards

2. DESIGN AUDIT DURING CONSTRUCTION
Attend technical meetings to resolve related design issues
Conduct design audit to check design compliance

3. TEAM MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE AUDIT
Strategize design reviews and recommendation on design issues
Set task monitoring and instruction for the team to comply and complete.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and/ or Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Licensed Interior Designer or Architect
• At least 7 years of diversified work experience in Design Management and Design Management for Hospitality
