Plumber

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila

Responsible for the repairs and maintenance, modifications and new installations of water supply, sanitary and plumbing on all areas of the hotel.

1. Conduct regular inspection of toilet, bathroom and kitchen fixtures in front and back of house
2. Inform superiors of the need to purchase parts or materials for PM and repairs requirements
3. Attend to guest requests complaints or request from departments
4. Conduct and record monitoring of utilities
5. Prepare/ Write shift report Prepare a monitoring and update of status of calls and concerns receives from guests and other departments
6. Execute repair and maintenance on a regular basis or as directed by superiors
7. Ensure that the Fire & Life Safety is followed and practice at all times

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma on plumbing or equivalent

• 1 year experienced in piping installation
• 1 year experienced in plumbing maintenance

• Master Plumber license is preferred

• Can read plans

• Can start immediately
• Amenable to work in Muntinlupa
