FILINVEST COMPANY: Timberland Highlands Resort

Under the direct supervision of the Steward Supervisor, this position is responsible for the cleanliness of the
kitchen work area, washing of all chinaware, flatwares, and polishing of all silverware utensils.

  • Ensures that all Kitchen floor and wall areas are clean at all times.
  • Sweeps and mops the entire kitchen and dishwashing area.
  • Washes all clearing counters and shelves.
  • Ensures floors are not greasy by regularly cleaning all floors in Kitchen and Waiters side
    station.
  • Maintains and ensures the cleanliness of: cooking range, grease filters, stainless steel
    shelves, stainless steel worktables, white tiled-wall, kitchen hot plate, and kitchen
    salamander, kitchen deep fryers, chopping board, slicing machine, convection oven and
    electric oven.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of all hoods and filters.
  • Assists in the breakdown of banquet functions, washes dishes from functions
  • Cleans dishes, silverware, and glassware by operating dishwashing machine.
  • Responsible for chafing dishes and silver trays.
  • Applies chemical on chafing dishes.
  • Ensures silver trays are applied with silver chemicals and polished before any set-up
  • Ensures that no Accounting store items are issued without the approval of the Accounting
    Department.
  • Cleans machines two (2) times a shift.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance
    with established Resort policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this
    position
  • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from
    time to time.
