The Service Associate HR shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition and administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and functions.

  • Sourcing of candidates through job portals, social media accounts and recruitment system.
  • Ensures that there is an active pool of candidates for easy applicant endorsement to the hiring department.
  • Utilizing and maximizing recruitment platforms
  • Screens received applications.
  • Coordinates with the applicant and interviewer on the interview schedule.
  • Maintains an orderly record of all HR files for ready and immediate reference.
  • Maintains the upkeep of the HR storeroom and ensure the organization of files and stocks.
  • Assists in various employee programs covering employee engagement, occupational safety, HR standards and practices and others relating to the well-being and professional and personal development of the employees.
  • Helps build and promote effective communication, teamwork, and positive working relationships among employees. - Be a committed and effective team and role player together with the other departments to achieve the overall Human Resources objectives of the company.
  • Assist the HR-Talent Acquisition team in coordination, documentation, and requirements completion in building partnership with colleges, universities and public employment offices. 
  • Participates in career or job fair events.
  • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications or relevant field
  • Must have at least three (2) years of experience in the related field
