About the job Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Job Main Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will provide vision and leadership for developing Filinvest Lands digital marketing strategy. Ensuring delivery of a seamless, stimulating, and innovative digital experience to all of our prospect and stakeholder audiences at all times in line with the companys objectives.
He/She shall provide a market leading digital experience for FLIs marketing and sales audiences, utilizing the latest multi-channel communication tactics and technologies. As an expert, the DMH will lead the enhancement of the FLIs digital marketing channels through continuous development. He/She will lead the enhancement of our digital presence, focusing on areas such as user experience (UX) in digital marketing platforms, content, SEO, CRM, online advertising, mobile marketing, customer sales, and seller engagement. The DMH will also utilize all available digital platforms to expand the reach and generate attention from the market and critical audience of FLIs various brands (Pabahay,Futura, Aspire, Prestige) in collaboration with the brand managers.
He/She will oversee the development of digital marketing core content and social strategies to enrich engagement, exercise synergies across marketing outputs and unlock potential content and social-led themes and campaigns.
He/She will also give strategic direction and leadership to the web team, honing primary web product developments to ensure rich engagement with key audiences. This will include synthesizing complex conceptual ideas and bringing them to life for stakeholder consideration.
He/She will always keep up to date with the latest digital sales and marketing trends.
Success will be measured by developing and delivering content and social strategic plan, quality of output, audience engagement, meeting bespoke KPIs and analytics, and other defined Key Result Areas.
Education, Technical Competencies and Skills:
- Marketing Degree Graduate or equivalent relevant experience
- Very strong project management skills. Adept with Scrum team/Sprint work setup, project management progress, and collaboration apps.
- Experience in working collaboratively to create a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Experience in leading teams
- Experience in managing websites, social media, PPC, and SEO
- Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding and appreciation for the technical (technology) side of digital marketing. Ability to effectively engage technical providers.
- Possess technical knowledge of available standards, methods, tools, and applications, and be able to analyze requirements and advise on scope and options, as required.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice
- Communicate effectively and at all levels, whether the board level, with colleagues, or with suppliers.
- Be able to source and manage suppliers and develop and maintain good working relationships to deliver requirements by budgetary thresholds to achieve value for money.
- Have a high level of personal responsibility and be able to establish and initiate own work and set own objectives and milestones.
- Be capable of advising and offering goals for others.
- The ability to suggest and develop creative ideas and treatments for online content (such as video, copy, and images) for multi-channel campaigns.
- Previous experience in a similar digital role.
