Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing commercial operations, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and operations management within the utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Filinvest Utilities' products and services.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Management:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Develop sales plans and monitor performance against targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Commercial Operations:
- Manage the commercial operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Optimize processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements.
Brand Development:
- Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain corporate communications, including press releases, social media, and public relations activities.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing and commercial operations budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
- Analyze financial data and provide regular reports to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Related Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and commercial operations, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
