Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing commercial operations, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and operations management within the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Filinvest Utilities' products and services.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales Management:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Develop sales plans and monitor performance against targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Commercial Operations:

  • Manage the commercial operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Optimize processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements.

Brand Development:

  • Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain corporate communications, including press releases, social media, and public relations activities.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the marketing and commercial operations budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze financial data and provide regular reports to senior management.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Related Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and commercial operations, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
