He/She is responsible for managing a specific section within the pastry kitchen, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods, desserts, and pastry items. This role upholds hotel standards, hygiene, and safety regulations while collaborating closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising pastry preparation, assisting in menu development, training junior team members, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the hotels pastry offerings through innovation and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Certificate in Pastry Arts, Baking or Culinary Arts
- Vocational Training in professional baking, pastry techniques, and dessert production
- With related work experience for atleast 3-5 years
- Strong experties in pastry techniques, chocolate work, sugar art, and plated desserts
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- With good communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
