Job Title: Business Systems Project Manager - Procore
Job Summary:
As the Business Systems Project Manager for Procore, you will oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the Procore platform across multiple projects. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless Procore integration aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
System Build and Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Procore, ensuring alignment with project management and operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design process-enhancing solutions.
- Customize Procore modules including Project Management, Financials, Quality & Safety, and Field Productivity.
- Develop and manage project timelines and allocate resources for Procore implementation.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to project teams, ensuring effective utilization of Procores features.
- Establish best practices, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks for Procore usage.
Post-Implementation and Optimization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize existing functionalities and processes.
- Drive user adoption and ensure 100% compliance with platform usage standards.
- Review and approve future Procore releases to assess business impact.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Procore support when necessary.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality.
Data Governance
- Develop and implement data governance policies in collaboration with the BPM team, ensuring datasets are well-organized, complete, coherent, and accurate.
- Communicate data governance policies and objectives to stakeholders.
Data Management & Analytics
- Lead the creation of master data tables, defining key data fields and establishing data management rules.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to generate insights, drive informed decision-making, and create management reports.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems implementation, project management, or construction technology.
- Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Proven track record in system configuration, process optimization, and user training.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Procore platform administration and customization.
- Familiarity with construction project management workflows and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and database management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial integration within construction platforms.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- Six Sigma Certification (Advantageous)
