DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Will assists the Assistant Manager and Special Projects Team in their printing, scanning, and filing of project files.

-Will coordinate with various project team members on assignments given by the Assistant Manager.

-Will follow up on tasks and activities that are committed as part of the project work.

-Will ensure constant and proper communication and documentation of all activities.

- Does careful records management and filing of Buy Out Documentation including Budget Monitoring Reports.

- Ensures confidential matters are kept as such.

- Performs related functions and special projects as may be assigned from time to time by the Assistant Manager.



QUALIFICATIONS

- Atleast 2 year admin experience

- With experience in hospitality industry

- College degree

- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
