Job Summary: An Area Sales Head typically oversees a company's sales operations in a specific geographic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the sales team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior level preferably in the same industry specific to CAVITE region/area.
  2. Must have an active strong sales network of brokers & agents
  3. Strong leadership and management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  6. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
