Job Summary
Under the general guidance and supervision of the PR & Marcom Manager, the F&B promotions officer implements the restaurant and banquet promotions, establish partnership with complementing brands and facilitate events and programs to promote the F&B offers of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Assist PRM, FBM and DOSM in the planning and execution of restaurant and F&B events and promotions.
- Liaise with suppliers, sponsors and partners for event requirements.
- Under the guidance of the FBM and PRM create highlights and attraction for regular events (Mothers day, Fathers day, new year, etc.)
- With PRM create human interest activities and programs to promote F&B offers.
- Communicate in a timely manner all F&B marketing initiatives and promotions.
Banquet Promotion
- Implement projects, programs and events with the PRM to promote banquet services.
- Assist PRM, DOSM, banquet sales in creating and planning programs to promote socials and events business.
- Assist in the planning and execution of programs to promote MICE business.
Social Media Management
- Under the guidance of the PR & Marcom Manager, Plan content and strategies for social media handles.
- Create content for postings according to guidelines and targets set.
- Manage page responses, reviews and engagement.
- Generate monthly reports.
Brand Partnership
- Assist PRM, DOSM, FBM, in establishing beneficial partnership to elevate brand experience.
- Establish collaboration, tie-up, partnership.
- Create database of third-party merchants and brands with potential partnership opportunity for events and promotions.
- Establish relationship with event organizers, producers and suppliers for potential business and event collaboration.
- Maintain up to date list and establish relationship with entertainment, production groups, talent management.
Administration
- Prepares monthly activity report to be submitted to PRM, ADPRMC, FBM and DOSM.
- Prepares pre and post event P&L of all promotions, events and activities.
- Maintain up to date database of network contacts.
- Establish and maintain database for email marketing for F&B promos and events.
- Monitor competitor promotions/offers.
- Maintain documentation of all programs, promotions and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media ads, Google Analytics, and online campaigns.
- Skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and improving digital performance.
- Experience with website management and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of hospitality trends and customer behavior.
- Creative, flexible, and open to learning new tools and strategies.
- Has own network/database of contacts for marketing purposes.
- Willingness to work in Cebu City.
