The Marketing Head (Industrial) will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand and attract tenants for our industrial properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote industrial properties, including:
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute compelling content strategies, including website content, blog posts, case studies, white papers, and videos.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and online advertising to reach target audiences.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry media and influencers.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute industry events and trade shows to showcase properties and network with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target industries, understand their needs, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants and industry stakeholders.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to ensure effective lead qualification and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
