Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and solutions that align with organizational goals and drive performance. As an HRBP, you will work closely with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support the company's objectives. This role requires a strong ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives, with a key focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement, while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring HR initiatives drive organizational success.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interview coordination, to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Use employee feedback to develop strategies that improve morale, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Workforce Planning: Provide guidance on workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Talent Management & Development: Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and provide recommendations for career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Advise and coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Data & Metrics Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights, monitor trends, and inform decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve business performance through strategic HR interventions.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with the leadership team to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
