IT Operations Analyst

1. Provides Level 1&2 help desk and technical support for corporate end-users on IT infrastructure, information systems and IT services. Level 1 includes basic desktop troubleshooting, network services, device configurations, etc. Level 2 includes end-users technical support for corporate applications and information systems.
2. Works with senior team members in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
3. Escalates support problems that are beyond skill level to senior team members or vendors responsible for providing the required technical support.
4. Performs other IT functions as may be assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or other related fields.
• Working knowledge and experience in any two of the following functions: systems administration, servers, networking, databases, systems development, or information security.
