IT Operations Analyst
About the job IT Operations Analyst
- Provides Level 1&2 help desk and technical support for corporate end-users on IT infrastructure, information systems and IT services. Level 1 includes basic desktop troubleshooting, network services, device configurations, etc. Level 2 includes end-users technical support for corporate applications and information systems.
- Works with senior team members in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Escalates support problems that are beyond skill level to senior team members or vendors responsible for providing the required technical support.
- Performs other IT functions as may be assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or other related fields.
- Working knowledge and experience in any two of the following functions: systems administration, servers, networking, databases, systems development, or information security.
