Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu is currently seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Rooms to drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel rooms, suites, and related services to corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates for hotel rooms and suites.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and familiarization tours to showcase the hotel's facilities, amenities, and services.
- Negotiate room rates, contracts, and agreements with clients to ensure profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Front Office, Reservations, and Events, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and guest satisfaction.
- Represent Quest Hotel Cebu at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on rooms.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and revenue management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
