JOB SUMMARY:
The SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing Filinvest's digital assets to improve search engine visibility, drive organic traffic, and support digital lead generation efforts. This role involves performing keyword research, developing SEO strategies, managing on-page and off-page optimization, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the performance of corporate websites and digital campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in SEO and SEM roles.
- SEO certifications from platforms like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Moz are preferred. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Search Engine Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website architecture, meta descriptions, tags, and on-page elements for better search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Implement link-building strategies and outreach initiatives to enhance domain authority.
Google Search Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor Google Search Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Perform keyword research and ad copy optimization for better ad quality scores.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously adjust bidding strategies for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad copies and landing pages.
- Provide regular reports and insights on paid search performance and improvement areas.
Technical SEO & Website Management
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, page speed optimization, and mobile- friendliness.
- Collaborate with the IT/web development team to ensure website structure and code align with SEO standards.
- Optimize site maps and schema markup for better search visibility.
SEO Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and present SEO performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and suggest improvements based on industry trends.
