Job Summary: A Regional Cluster Sales Head typically oversees a company's sales operations in a specific geographic region. This role will be reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior level preferably in the same industry specific to CENTRAL LUZON region/area.
- Must have an active strong sales network of brokers & agents
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
